Both the workouts and community at TrAk have allowed us to set goals, achieve them and set higher goal! After each class we feel energized, stronger and accomplished!  - Josh & Christine

AOM May

If you could take 3 months off and do whatever you wanted, what would that time look like?

We would be on a beach with book and cocktail (or 2)  in hand! We would really take a break on life and check out—catch up on sleep and let time slow down.

How did you feel before you found TrAk?

We were both looking for a gym that was a place that helped get us back in shape. We are both athletes and needed to get back into the routine of working out, pushing ourselves and get stronger. We need to we had to do it, we weren’t sure where to go, but then we found TrAk and the rest was history!

How do you feel now?

Both the workouts and community at TrAk have allowed us to set goals, achieve them and set higher goal! After each class we feel energized, stronger and accomplished!

How has TrAk changed your everyday life?

There is no better way than waking up for a TrAk class. It allows us to wake up (even if wehate the sound of the alarm), get a workout in, and mentally feel sharp starting our day.

Goals...personal, professional, family?

Both of our goals are changing constantly based on the week, month, and circumstances. Always trying to push ourselves outside of our comfort zone, develop new skills and prioritize self-care

If you were in a band what existing band/group do you see yourself  in?

Coldplay or Earth Wind and Fire

Best place to travel that you've ever been?

Cape town, South Africa…If you ever have the chance to go, it’s a must!

What personal failure has helped lead to your ultimate success?

Oh there have been plenty. I think the most important part is that you learn from each failure- for better or worse. You are able to reflect on it, learn from it and act to be better.

What’s the craziest thing you've seen in the gym?

One of the crazies things I've seen in a gym was a group of friends who decided to have a mini dance party in between sets. They cranked up the music, started busting out dance moves, and even encouraged others nearby to join in.it was quite a scene!

What three people [living or dead] would you go camping with next weekend?

Tiger Woods, Bear Grills and Tony Hawk

Which sport/activity would you love to do, but are afraid to?

Skydiving! . The idea of jumping out of a perfectly good airplane is both thrilling and terrifying at the same time. The initial leap is too scary for me… but also sounds so fun.

Funniest things you've seen each other do?

Favorite movie?

Bridesmaids, The Holiday, Sandlot, Happy Gilmore

Best piece of advice you've ever received?

I was once told to embrace failure as a stepping stone to success-- view them as opportunities for growth and learning.

At what age were you in the best shape of your life?

Words to live by or favorite quote? Who’s going to carry the boats?– David Goggins

What adventure do you plan to have in the future?

Getting married June 1—and travelling to Italy!

Favorite book and why?

Something interesting we don't know about you?

I had a bet with my friends that I could eat 100 McDonalds nuggets. I got to 93 and failed!!! Could not get another one down.

What do you like most about being apart of the TrAk Family?

The people at TrAk make it one of the best gyms out there. Everyone has a good attitude, it is fun to workout with and everyone supports one another no matter what. It special place!
