What is your favorite part about TrAk?

I would say all the people, all the community coming in and seeing everybody's smiling faces.

How do you feel Since Joining?

Great! I mean, I'm a lot more self confident. I have noticed that, so that's really nice.

What's The coolest thing you've done in TrAk?

I PR on my deadlift yesterday. 195!

September AOM 2023

What's the biggest change in your day to day life since joining?

I do look forward to coming to class every day. I come at least, you know, five days a week. Um, that is one thing I look forward to. And, just in all, I'm a lot more positive. Positive outlook on things. And not as stressed.

What Band would you join if you could?

Uh, dirty heads. Yeah, I love their vibes.

What Would you do with 3 Months off?

Travel, isn't that like everybody's answer? I would travel, camp, and yeah, be a total hippie.

Coolest thing You've ever seen in TrAk?

Kyle bench press, like he added, um, He, he put a ton of weight on the bar and then he added kettlebells with bands on the end, and I've never seen that before. I'm like, what the heck is he doing? What is going on?

3 people you'd take on a Camping trip (Dead or Alive) ?

my dogs, my husband, and I take my grandma

Favorite Movie?

Gladiator.

Best Advice you've recieved?

I would probably say my grandma just like saying not to stress about the little things.

When were you in the best shape of your life?

Now. Yeah, I don't think I was ever really in that great of a shape. I've always been pretty athletic, but I want to say I'm the strongest now.

Favorite Book?

I want to say The Giver, just because it was like a childhood book that I've always liked reading. Even as an adult now, I still have it and I read it from time to time.

What's a Surprising Fact about you?

Um, English is my second language. Spanish is my first language. And I didn't really learn English until I started school.

One Goal for next Year?

I want ripped abs.
