Athlete of The Month's Journey of Fitness for August

If you could take 3 months off and do whatever you wanted, what would that time look like?

I would probably spend 3 months catching up on sleep, watching the shows in my Netflix and Max queue that I have not got around to yet, and traveling.

How did you feel before you found TrAk?

I felt fine but there definitely was a lack of consistency.

How do you feel now?

I feel great. I have definitely found a consistent schedule at a gym that I enjoy working out at.

How has TrAk changed your everyday life?

Consistency and I feel like my mobility has improved as well by coming to TrAk and working on mobility on my own at home.

If you were in a band what existing band/group do you see yourself in?

I am not musically inclined but if I was I would love to be a member of Outkast who is my favorite rap group.

Best place to travel that you've ever been?

I love traveling to the Domincan Republic.

What’s the craziest thing you've seen in the gym?

I think the funniest/crazies t thing I have seen was a guy working out in dress slacks/ pants. He was strength training and then when he was done he hopped on the treadmill for his cardio

Which sport/activity would you love to do, but are afraid to?

Skydiving.

Funniest things you've seen your wife do?

Walk face first into the glass of a revolving door that stopped. I made sure she was ok first but it was funny.

Favorite movie?

The Last Dragon.

Best piece of advice you've ever received?

Control what you can control and don't stress over the things you cannot. But attitude, focus, and effort are things you can.

At what age were you in the best shape of your life?

Probably in my early to mid twenties. I actually had a six pack then. lol.

What adventure do you plan to have in the future?

Travel to Belize

Favorite book and why?

Something interesting we don't know about you?

I am a reformed sneakerhead. I sold most of the sneakers I own (only have about 40 pair now) but I am still a sucker for air max 1's.

What do you like most about being apart of the TrAk Family?

I enjoy the instructor's great attitudes, knowledge of the workouts, and the camaraderie of the members.
