"After Just One Year at TrAk I Have Lost 45lbs"
What have you accomplished in your life that you're most proud of?
I wrote a poem for a gentleman who passed away a couple years ago. I meant to give it to him as a get-well-soon present, but I never had the chance. A dear friend of his turned out to be the district attourney of Cleveland - or something like that. Regardless, she liked it so much that she proposed featuring it in The Plain Dealer. Flattering as the offer was, I didn't feel right about it: I made the poem just for him, and so I never accepted.
If you could take 3 months off and do whatever you wanted, what would that time look like?
I would see as much of the world as possible, starting with Asia. I want to see many different perspectives: how people live, what's important to them, what they need help with. Perhaps the problems on the other side of the world aren't so different from ours; if I can provide any help, then maybe it can shed a little light on how we can solve the problems we face here.
How did you feel before you found TrAk?
Before I found TrAk I thought I would never be strong. I was definitely lost.
How do you feel now?
It helped me realize I've always been strong. TrAk gave me the resources and care I needed to grow physically. I always thought I needed to be special, but everyone is working just as hard as me; breaking themselves over and over just like me. It isn't the process that makes us strong, it's that throbbing in our chest that tells us to get back up - even when we know we can't.
How has TrAk changed your everyday life?
I no longer struggle to do my work; however, my body never ceases to ache. Lol
Goals...personal, professional, family?
I want to publish a story at some point, then direct it into a movie or TV show, potentially. If it does well then I can finally buy my parents a new heater and air conditioner. We don't have much, but they've given me all that they have. I'd say my biggest goal is to give it all back while I still have time.
If you were in a band what existing band/group do you see yourself in?
Rage Against the Machine
Best place to travel that you've ever been?

What personal failure has helped lead to your ultimate success?
My entire life has been a subsequent series of failures. Its been hard, but I'm not all that upset about it. The more I fail the more I discover new and better ways to approach life. I've never had an 'ultimate success' and I honestly hope I never do. What am I supposed to do after I accomplish that? I feel like there'd be nothing left. I want to keep growing; to keep being better than I am now for as long as I can.

Something interesting we don't know about you?
I really like to write, I wanna make something so beautiful it makes angels weep.
