What have you accomplished in your life that you're most proud of?
-Becoming a father of my two beautiful children Maverick and Naomi
If you could take 3 months off and do whatever you wanted, what would that time look like?
-Travel the country to experience the most notable food establishments in every big city!
How did you feel before you found TrAk?
-Undisciplined and lethargic
How do you feel now?
-Ready for what each day as for me because I know I have a place in life where I can invest in myself
How has TrAk changed your everyday life?
-TrAk gives me a space where I can focus on Dominic. Life pulls us all in so many directions and sometimes we need one place where we don't have to be in charge and can focus on what we individually need.
Goals...personal, professional, family?
Personal--get down to my playing weight from my soccer days
Professional--to choreograph/direct a show on Broadway
Family--to go on vacation next year!
If you were in a band what existing band/group do you see yourself in?
-New Edition but back when they were making hits
Best place to travel that you've ever been?
-Recently, Michigan City!
What personal failure has helped lead to your ultimate success?
-I played soccer at Univ. of Akron right out of high school. I didn't last long as I was prepared for the level of commitment one needed to reach the next level. I used what I learned about commitment to launch myself into a dance career and become an arts leader regionally and nationally.
What’s the craziest thing you've seen in the gym?
-People working out to ballad music during conditioning. It's just a hilarious visual.
What three people [living or dead] would you go camping with next weekend?
-Camping? nah...I could do to dinner with MLK, Jay-Z, and Lin Manuel Miranda though
Which sport/activity would you love to do, but are afraid to?
Camping, lol.
Funniest things you've seen your wife do?
Pretend she is a modern dancer in the middle of a gym!

Hercules
Best piece of advice you've ever received?
You can't see yourself so you need others around you to see you and tell you about yourself.
At what age were you in the best shape of your life?
18 but its about to be 34 soon!

What adventure do you plan to have in the future?
Travel to Europe!
Favorite book and why?
The Remember Balloons. It's a beautiful children's book about a child dealing with his grandfather's dementia. I was so shocked by the book emotionally the day I read it because of the beauty of using balloons as a metaphor for memories.
Something interesting we don't know about you?
I'm an Air Force brat.
What do you like most about being apart of the TrAk Family?
I love the supportive but challenging nature of the TrAk Family. It's nice to be around people who push each other in such a kind way.
Biggest accomplishment at the gym?
Back squatting 300lbs!
