What have you accomplished in your life that you're most proud of?

Being married to an amazing guy for 24 years!!  Marriage is work and we put in the time for each other.

If you could take 3 months off and do whatever you wanted, what would that time look like?

Beach bum, anywhere I can lay out in the sun!

How did you feel before you found TrAk?

Ehh I was working out but had no idea what I was capable of achieving.

How do you feel now?

I feel Strong!!

How has TrAk changed your everyday life?

5am habit! And being able to work out with my husband Michael has been a game changer to starting out each day!

Goals...personal, professional, family?
Personal-Striving everyday to keep my mind and body healthy and to do a pull up- working on this! 😊
Professional- Go back to school to get MBA
Family- Graduate our two kids – one from grad school and one from highschool

What personal failure has helped lead to your ultimate success?

I have struggled to lose weight for a long time,  I stopped measuring success based on the what the scale said, I continue to learn to listen to my body, showing up everyday for myself. It took a year, but I have lost 20 lbs.

Which sport/activity would you love to do, but are afraid to?

Hockey!

Funniest things you've seen your husband do?

There are too many

Best piece of advice you've ever received?

3 things:
Pay attention to people
Manage your boundaries
Focus on what’s important

At what age were you in the best shape of your life?

Now! 48

Favorite book and why?

Besides my Bible, I will read anything!! I do love Brene Brown.  Anytime I can dig deeper into improving and developing myself it’s a good read.

What do you like most about being apart of the TrAk Family?

The people are what make it!! The moment I stepped into TrAk everyone was so friendly and encouraging!! There are no negative vibes at TrAk!  

Biggest accomplishment at the gym?
PR on Front Squat!
