What have you accomplished in your life that you're most proud of?
P: Completed two command tours in the Navy.
M: Most proud of in my life: Being a great NAVY wife and a great Mom. I worked very hard to be there for my loved ones...to be their anchor...to help accomplish what they were striving for. I was willing to move often, to start over in a new place, and sacrifice a career that I worked hard to achieve. I am so proud of my Husband and my Daughter...it is all worth it!
If you could take 3 months off and do whatever you wanted, what would that time look like?
P: Travel to Singapore, Yap, Palau, Chuuk and go diving and workout like crazy.
M: 3 months off....would love to travel all over Europe...spending a couple weeks in a country or place...and then move on by car or train. There is so much history and so much to see. We have friends and family in Europe that we would love to spend time with.
How did you feel before you found TrAk?
P: Like I needed to find a good place to workout, which I did.
M: Before TRAK....I felt there was something lacking in my fitness and diet. The challenge to grow in strength and reshape my body. I didn't have a clear path forward.
How do you feel now?
P: Like I found a great gym with great people.
M: that I have made great progress in strength, fitness, and losing body fat. I need to work on my cardio outside of class. I feel there is encouragement and coaching to train in a way that increases strength.
How has TrAk changed your everyday life?
P: Helped me maintain a good workout routine, which keeps me sane and in goodish shape.
M: I did a TRAK challenge last year...needed to workout more often to achieve my goals. I now get up earlier...and hit the 7AM class several days a week. Never did that in my life! Everyday tasks are easier to tackle...I have more endurance and strength to accomplish more than ever.
Goals...personal, professional, family?
P: Set myself up for retirement, get Emily (Hildreth) through college and KEEP MOVING!

M: Singapore....would love to go back!
What personal failure has helped lead to your ultimate success?
P: I failed a nautical rules of the road test in one of my first Navy schools, and I vowed never to let that happen again. As a submarine officer, I did better than all but two (out of fourteen) surface officers at the surface major command course. Showed them.
M: Gaining lots of weight....losing control of my fitness....going through menopause at age 42. Not necessarily failure...but was a low point. Going through all of this has made me a better health coach...more empathetic...acccepting...understanding.
What’s the craziest thing you've seen in the gym?

What three people [living or dead] would you go camping with next weekend?
P: If by camping, you mean stay at a really nice hotel, it would be Micki and Emily.

Bear Gryllis...British adventurer....would tell great stories...keep me safe...take me on great hikes...adventure.
Which sport/activity would you love to do, but are afraid to?
M: the 2 man luge....would be crazy scary and fun!
Funniest things you've seen your wife do?
P: Ask Emily “why are you so stubborn?” Given who Emily’s parents are, that seemed like a pretty silly question.
M: Picking Pete up from sea in his brand new car. After months away....he dropped his sea bag....arms outstretched...comes running down the pier...towards the CAR...not me!!! Not funny then....is funny now :)
