What have you accomplished in your life that you're most proud of?
My family - 100%
If you could take 3 months off and do whatever you wanted, what would that time look like?
Clean/Organize/Purge my house. So lame, but that's where I'm at right now lol!
How did you feel before you found TrAk?
Definitely unmotivated. I thought about working out every day, but found every excuse not to and then would feel guilty. I had some health issues piled on top of being unmotivated so that didn't help, but then
that became an excuse too.
How do you feel now?
So much better, and I actually look forward to my time at TrAk and I can both see and feel the results of being consistent (it's just not always easy to be consistent when juggling kids' sports schedules and work, but I'm working on it!)
How has TrAk changed your everyday life?
I have more energy and the set gym times help me plan my day instead of putting off working out until it's too late
If you were in a band what existing band/group do you see yourself in?
I love live music, but would much rather enjoy the show than be the show - I would 100% be a front row groupie to Third Eye Blind, Coldplay or Matchbox 20
Best place to travel that you've ever been?
Big fan of Vegas
What do your kids remind you that’s ok to do?
Enjoy the moment and not stress about everything that needs done at work / around the house (those things will always be there)
What’s the craziest thing you've seen in the gym?
I've never seen them (and probably never will), but the thought of the 5am class is crazy!! I'm definitely not a morning person
Which sport/activity would you love to do, but are afraid to?
Scuba dive - I'm very claustrophobic and the thought of the mask plus being underwater freaks me out
Funniest things you've seen your kid do?
They make me laugh daily with just their random conversations but one of the funniest things was when one of them wrote the Tooth Fairy a note saying that he's sorry for not leaving her his tooth, but that he felt he should burry it in a field instead of putting it under his pillow
(and then he still asked for $ from the fairy)
Favorite movie?
The Goonies
At what age were you in the best shape of your life?
Hopefully next year!
Words to live by or favorite quote?
The days are long but the years are short
What adventure do you plan to have in the future?
My kids read a book about hiking Mount Katahdin in Maine and really want to give it a shot. It will likely be in a few years, but it's on our list of adventures
Favorite book and why?
The Bible
Something interesting we don't know about you?
For as long as I can remember, I have eaten salad for breakfast. I'm cool with breakfast food, just not in the morning :)
What do you like most about being apart of the TrAk Family?
Love all of the people and all of the coaches/staff - everyone is positive, motivating and real (nothing ever feels intimidating)
Biggest accomplishment at the gym?
Being able to plank, even if it's just for a short time. I had part of my spine removed and I didn't think I would ever be strong enough to plank again without having muscle spasms
