Stuck in a rut doing workouts without results and kind of in a general funk

If you were in a band what existing band/group do you see yourself in?
I can’t pick a specific band but I always wanted to play auxiliary percussion in a band. Maybe play the xylophone or a tambourine

London
What do your kids remind you that’s ok to do?
To pee your pants (my daughter is 18months; just checking to see if you are still reading)
What’s the craziest thing you've seen in the gym?
The Murph and all the people who came out to participate.
Which sport/activity would you love to do, but are afraid to?
Luge
Funniest things you've seen your kid do?
She was around 1yr old eating a rib and when finished, she balanced the bone on top of her head

The Shining
At what age were you in the best shape of your life?
Probably right now at 33

You can’t want it more than they do
What adventure do you plan to have in the future?
To travel outside of the US as a family
Favorite book and why?
It changes frequently, but most recently I enjoyed Cerci by Madeline Miller. I enjoyed learning about Greek mythology
Something interesting we don't know about you?
My husband and I hiked Yosemite’s half dome, which is a 16-mile hike with a 4800 foot elevation gain. The final ascent up the cables was terrifying.
What do you like most about being a part of the TrAk Family?
The community and support
Biggest accomplishment at the gym?
Being able to do a couple pull-ups!
