What have you accomplished in your life that you're most proud of?

Having a wonderful wife of 16 years and 3 wonderful children.


If you could take 3 months off and do whatever you wanted, what would that time look like? 

I would travel the world and try to see as many countries and different cultures as possible.


How did you feel before you found TrAk?

I was ok, in decent shape, just could never drive the discipline to train like TrAk enables me to do


How do you feel now? 

Feel better and stronger, have a made good progress thought still have a lot to work on


How has TrAk changed your everyday life?

Have lost a lot of back pain that I would have to live with from time to time.


Goals...personal, professional, family?

Personal – to stay in shape and health so I can live a long time

Professional – grow business and retire in 20 years or so

Family – get kids thru high school, college, and into real life, then travel world with wife


If you were in a band what existing band/group do you see yourself  in?

Not sure, don’t see myself as a showman


Best place to travel that you've ever been?

Antartica, New Zealand


What do your kids remind you that’s ok to do? 

Laugh and Play


What personal failure has helped lead to your ultimate success? 

Going to detox and inpatient rehab in 2004


What’s the craziest thing you've seen in the gym? 

Probably the Murph – its amazing that many people go for it, hopefully one day I will


What three people [living or dead] would you go camping with next weekend?

Abraham Lincoln, Alexander Hamilton, Milton Friedman


Which sport/activity would you love to do, but are afraid to?

Skydiving, base jumping, paragliding


Funniest things you've seen your kid do?

Youngest son going to principal’s office in kindergarden for fighting

Star Wars, 007


Best piece of advice you've ever received?

Don’t let other people live rent free in your head


At what age were you in the best shape of your life?

Either now, or when I was 30


Words to live by or favorite quote?

Failure is just the cost of learning


What adventure do you plan to have in the future?

Going on cruise with family in April, going to Mexico (west coast) in 22 or 23, going to Sydney, AU for Christmas in 22


Favorite book and why?

I collect books, but rarely read them.  Just read Never Enough – it was enlightening


Something interesting we don't know about you?

I haven’t drank alcohol since 2004

I can cook just about anything (I rarely do at home)



What do you like most about being apart of the TrAk Family?

Being constantly challenged and pushed, in a positive caring way.  


Biggest accomplishment at the gym?

Doing more than 1 pull up, lol
