What have you accomplished in your life that you're most proud of?
-There isn't really a specific moment. For me its the bazillion life "things" that happen like having a house to call home, a decent job that I enjoy and a great friend that is my wife.

If you could take 3 months off and do whatever you wanted, what did that time look like?
-Wow, hmm, 3 months off?  I honestly don't think I could do it.  I would go insane...but if i had to...most of the time would be spent at home....or my mom's house.  Don't get me wrong, I love a great vacation but anything more than 7-10 days and I would get home sick.

How did you feel before you found TrAk?
-I felt embarrassed to be honest.  No energy, no real motivation to do anything, sluggish....

How do you feel now?
-Well to be honest 2020 has been a nightmare year for me.  A lot has happened and I haven't dealt with it the best that I could.  However, when i can be at TrAk (my happy place) it all gets better.  I feel encouraged, motivated, and energetic by the coaches and other TrAk members!!

How has TrAk changed your everyday life?
-It has taught me never to give up.  Set a goal....bust your butt to do everything you can to reach that goal. Regardless if it takes you 6 weeks, 12 weeks...or even a year. Keep moving towards it.

Goals...personal, professional, family?
-Personal:  Get back to where i was after my first T-12...hint hint...I miss the back room!!
-Professional: Keep doing the job that I enjoy and expanding my skill set.
-Family: make our transition into our new house go as smoothly as possible.

If you were in a band what existing band/group do you see yourself  in?
-I'd have to be in one of those old classic dive bar bands.  As i would need everyone to be half snookered (is that a word) up to be able to listen to my high pitched nasally singing voice.

Best place to travel that you've ever been?
-I passed through Germany for a few weeks while i was in the military.  Would live to go back and experience it!

What do your kids remind you that’s ok to do?
-Well all 3 of my kids have paws so...

What personal failure has helped lead to your ultimate success?
-Life is full of failures.... I tend to call those life lessons instead....learn from them and then move on.

What’s the craziest thing you've seen in the gym?
-Over the course of 3 years I have witnessed some things....Jacy on top of JMC's shoulders pressing a BB while he was doing a squat is one that sticks out.

What three people [living or dead] would you go camping with next weekend?
-First my Dad...he recently passed unexpectedly and would give anything to have him back for one more weekend. Second...Robin Williams....because he was a Rockstar!! Third...hmmm Gordon Ramsey....would love to have him cook us up some viddles.

Which sport/activity would you love to do, but are afraid to?
-Not sure what its called.. it's not skydiving. ..but the adrenaline junkies dress up in this funky little wing suit and jump off a face of a mountain and fly down it hovering just above the tree line...yea that is insane...and no....i would never do it..

Funniest things you've seen your kid do?
-Again my kids have paws....they make me laugh daily.

Favorite movie?
-Don't have an absolute favorite.  Goodfellas, Saving Private Ryan, Step Brothers...to name a few.

Best piece of advice you've ever received?
-Some of the most poisonous people can be friends and family..as hard as it may be you need to remove yourself from them.

At what age were you in the best shape of your life?
1998  Right out the military.

Words to live by or favorite quote?
-A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new.

What adventure do you plan to have in the future?
-Moving at the end of August....thats all the adventure i have left for this year!

Favorite book and why?
-American Sniper.

What do you like most about being apart of the TrAk Family?
