The inaugural TrAk Athletics Live BIG Adventure is complete. We’re wet, exhausted and exhilarated.
We took a team of TrAk members down to West Virginia this October to tackle the Upper Gauley River — yeah, that Big Gauley that many experienced white water rafters call “The Beast of the East” — and tackle it we did!
What did our members say about this first trip? Did we push them too far? Not even close.
“This trip forged new friendships and strengthened old. Live BIG rafting pushed me physically, but my body felt ready for adventure. We were small on those rapids, but I think we all felt like we lived BIG at the end of the day.”

It was an incredible opportunity to spend time with great people, test the fitness we’ve earned, and step outside our comfort zones. It represented exactly what TrAk Athletics is about.
