Lauren Regula
So, who am I?
And why would you listen to me?
Well, I’m Lauren.
Hi! I’m a mom-of-three, wife to an amazing man, business-owner, daughter, mentor, coach and terrible cook. Luckily eating well doesn’t require a chef’s knowledge.
I played sports – all kinds of sports – growing up in Trail B.C., Canada, and found my path in softball.
I am a 2x-Olympian for my home country (2004 and 2008) and know the meaning of “hard-work.” I have been exposed to some of the best training programs, nutritionists, and mental performance coaches and am excited to incorporate what I have learned into this program.
In 2016, with 3 kiddos aged 7, 5 and 4, I came out of retirement and pitched for Team Canada in the World Championships, earning my way to Bronze Medal.
Through that summer, I had to wear many (many) hats. I had to wear the regular ones like mother, business owner and wife were hard enough to juggle – then I went and added World-Class Athlete to the list. No one gave me any more than the regular 24 hours in a day and I had to take care of myself, along with everyone else in them.
I learned more about myself in those months than I thought possible and I know that if I can manage to juggle all of those things, then you can manage to juggle taking care of yourself too! I can’t wait to see you take charge of your life and live it on your terms.
